Roxanne worked as a behavior-management assistant in the St. Paul Public Schools for four years before receiving her teaching certificate, then taught in St. Paul and St. Anthony Park, MN, and Hudson, WI public schools. She has facilitated Responsive Classroom workshops for over a decade.
