Todd directs Origins' programs and school consulting. He taught at the middle level for fourteen years in the St. Paul and Mahtomedi, MN public schools, and coordinated gifted and talented services in St. Paul. He served for four years as assistant principal at a comprehensive high school in St. Paul. He was principal of a St. Paul K-12 school for five years, guiding educators in instructional best practices and school reform. He has facilitated Responsive Classroom and Developmental Designs workshops for eight years.
