Workshops & School Services

The Developmental Designs approach impacts student achievement most effectively when training is followed by implementation support. Workshops lay the groundwork for the approaches, and are available on or off site. Support services include professional development tailored to your school or district's needs.

Workshops

Developmental Designs workshops are available, on or off site, for educators new to and experienced with the approach. One-day workshops include an overview to orient educators to the philosophy and specific practices, and a follow-up for trained educators providing productive ways to respond to rule breaking. Two different week-long trainings introduce fifteen effective practices to help educators create schools and classrooms with students who are socially skilled and motivated to learn.
