Leadership Retreat: Weaving Self-care

Resilient Leaders Build a Resilient WorkFORCE

This retreat is designed to connect with and honor the many roles of a leader.  It will not be filled with expertise to be better at trauma/resiliency, SEL, ELL, differentiation, testing, budgeting or all the initiatives you juggle successfully...rather full of introspection, play and why you became a public servant.

Let's connect with and honor our deepest drive and desire to serve!

We will explore:

  • Valuing others while valuing yourself.
  • Inspiring others and yourself.
  • Fostering deep care and honor for human experience of others and yourself.
  • Getting in touch with the “Why?” of serving.
  • Energy in Motion = Emotion.  Emotion management…weaving self-care at work and away from work.
